govern your access to and use of our website, digital estimate requests, online
booking platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website or requesting an estimate, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or request

1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES & NEVADA LAW COMPLIANCE
Pristine Bathroom Detailing LLC operates primarily as a specialized cosmetic
cleaning, detailing, and surface restoration provider in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In strict compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS Chapter 624), any minor
physical maintenance, assembly, or handyman repair services provided are strictly
non-structural and shall not exceed a total aggregate value of $999.99 for labor and
materials combined per single project. We do not perform structural, plumbing,
electrical, or HVAC work that requires a specialized contractor’s license.

 

 

2. DIGITAL ESTIMATES AND PRICING
* Preliminary Estimates: Any automated or digital estimates provided via our
website or email are preliminary and based solely on client-submitted information,
photos, or descriptions. Final binding pricing is subject to on-site evaluation by our
technician.

* Typographical Errors: In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price
due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
bookings placed for the service listed at the incorrect price.

3. DIGITAL BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
To finalize and secure any scheduled service date through our digital booking portal,
you agree to pay a non-refundable upfront deposit based on the total estimate:
* For estimated totals under $500: A 10% deposit is required.
* For estimated totals $500 and over: A 15% deposit is required.

Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits may be paid securely via our digital invoice
portal using major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer (ACH), or mobile peer-to-peer
applications including Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Bookings are not confirmed, and work will not be placed on our active schedule, until
the digital deposit payment successfully clears and is verified by our team.

 

 

4. CANCELLATION, LATE RESCHEDULING, & ACCESS FEES
* 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at
least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time.
* Deposit Forfeiture: Failure to provide 24-hour notice, or failing to grant our
technician access to the property within 15 minutes of their arrival (lockout), will result
in strict forfeiture of your deposit. For commercial lockouts, a minimum $150 fee may
apply.

 

 

5. MEDIA, PHOTO, AND VIDEO POLICY
By using our online services and booking an appointment, you acknowledge that our
technicians take "before, during, and after" photos and videos of the workspace.
These media files are utilized for quality assurance, insurance documentation, and
company marketing. Pristine Bathroom Detailing LLC explicitly guarantees that no

photographs or videos will include people, personal customer identities, or sensitive
private household items.

 

 

6. PROHIBITED USAGE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree not to copy, duplicate, or scrape content, text, layout structures, images, or
logos from our website without explicit written consent from Pristine Bathroom
Detailing LLC. You agree not to use our digital contact forms to send unsolicited spam
or marketing materials.

 

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* Website Use: Pristine Bathroom Detailing LLC provides this website on an "as-
is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. We
are not liable for any digital transmission errors or malware contracted from third-
party links.
* Service-Related Liability: Our aggregate financial liability for any operational
claims or property damage arising out of services booked through this website shall
be strictly capped at the total dollar amount paid by the customer for that specific
project, as outlined in our signed physical Service Agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

upon posting. Your continued use of our website or booking services constitutes your

9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms and your use of our services are governed exclusively by the laws of the
State of Nevada. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these Terms must be
filed and settled strictly within the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

agree to receive customer care messages.
